Global Nutrition UK provides nutrition coaching, meal planning, fitness guidance, and related wellness services. Our services are designed to support your health and fitness goals through personalised guidance and education.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• • Consult healthcare providers before making significant dietary or exercise changes
• • Communicate any health concerns or changes promptly
• • Respect our coaches and staff
• • Make payments on time as agreed

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

• • Stop any programme if you experience adverse effects
• • Seek immediate medical attention for any health emergencies
• • We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions

5. Payment Terms

• • Payment is required before services commence
• • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes
• • Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see section 6)
• • Late payments may result in service suspension
• • Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

• • You may cancel services with 48 hours' written notice
• • We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms

Refunds

• • 14-day cooling-off period for new clients (UK Consumer Rights)
• • Refunds for unused services may be provided at our discretion
• • No refunds for services already delivered
• • Refund requests must be submitted in writing

All content, including meal plans, workout routines, educational materials, and other resources provided by Global Nutrition UK, remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials for personal use only and may not redistribute, sell, or share them without written permission.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Nutrition UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
