Hello, I'm Mark McCammon, the founder of McCammonFitPro. With a solid fitness background through both Athletics and a successful career as a Professional Footballer, I bring first-hand experience and expertise to every training session.

I represented England in the U18 200m Sprint and played in the FA Cup Final in 2004 with Millwall against Manchester United, along with a 20-year history with 8 other professional football clubs. My strengths as a Personal Trainer include guaranteed weight loss, strength and conditioning, and coaching Elite performers.

Not at all! My programmes are designed for individuals at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. I will adapt exercises to your current abilities and gradually progress as you become stronger and more confident.

I recommend comfortable workout clothes, training shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel. For home training sessions, I'll bring all necessary equipment. For studio sessions, everything you need will be provided.

Physical changes typically become more noticeable after 4-8 weeks of consistent training and nutrition. In many cases, yes. I am experienced in working with clients who have various injuries and medical conditions. However, I may require clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning. During your initial consultation, please inform me of any injuries or medical conditions so I can tailor your programme accordingly.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. I request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the session. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to your client agreement for full details on my cancellation policy.
